I haven't done that much reading since my first year at college! Good thing that Sun is Hella Safe I don't know who is going to die now, I'm so confused. I still say Charlie survives though I don't know how I'm expected to take care of a big group of preschool children at the zoo tomorrow when I'm so excited!

It's not a problem, Brian, it's a GIFT! And thank you! Worth waiting for.
Ben, Charlie and Bernard or Karl die....I can live with that. If not Ben, then who is second? Jin or Sayid? I might guess Jack.
Good insight about Karl's death driving Alex over the edge. I will actually hate to see Ben go if he does, as much as I hate him, he is so interesting. I hope that he realizes that Locke has survived before he bites it. But he may already know Locke's coming back, or else he would have shot Locke again. Or maybe he was just crazy. And Jack Bauer didn't finish off his father either.

Brian, you rock. Just because I have some points to make doesn't mean this wasn't your best preview analysis yet.

I posted this on your other page, but here's my two cents: I think some Others should be on the death list too...Such as Tom, Patchy, and this new guy, Pryce?. We DID see some dynamite blowing them up in the previews...Plus Patchy needs to go!

Hey Brian, why do you think the Looking Glass was originally floating? On the diagram it looks like it has legs, which wouldn't need to be there if it were floating, right?

Alec, you beat me to it! I, too noticed that the Looking Glass has pylons into the ocean floor. I don't think it was ever floating. It wouldn't make sense anyhow, because if it was floating and then sank, there'd really be no way to get air back in it. So, I think it was always underwater. I will really be pissed if they kill Sayid. Just sayin. I should have had popcorn and a Coke whilst reading your preview. It was almost as good as the episodes themselves. REALLY REALLY appreciate all your hard work that make watching LOST that much better (is that possible?). I guess I can't really add much, except to say I can't wait for this episode, but at the same time, I'm sad because I know people will die and I know things will change and I'm not sure I'm ready for that! Plus, it's TOO FREAKING LONG until we get any more LOST. Sigh!

I really don't know what to expect tonight. Brian, your review was awesome, but the "Game Changing" event has to be something huge. I can't quote it exactly, but one of my coworkers was telling me that in the podcast the producers said we are about to find out that what we've seen so far is just one room in a large house. (paraphrase) I'm about dying to see where this show goes.

Okay, let's think this through. Here's the diagram of the Looking Glass: My thought was that it looks like there is a water line - at about 70m (note the picture of the submarine in the middle, which seems to confirm it), and there are some sort of pillars supporting the structure. Since it's now totally underwater, you have to assume that it started out "floating" on top of the water (but not really floating), but has since sunk - with the wire to the mainland acting as some sort of anchor. On the other hand, I could be totally wrong, and that line might just be the wire to the mainland. Discuss.
